Self explanatory, Having them "%o told %k they forgot the obituary." instead of the default "%o died." does a lot more harm then it does good. If you did forget a obituary then "%o died." should still be the default - you don't need a message like this to get the point across. While this isn't really that much of a issue most of the time its still really annoying when it does come up when a "%o died." could have done the job.

We'll be keeping these inheritable actors as they are currently. From our experience, we prefer when things fail in an obvious, unmissable manner so that issues don't silently slip by.

Changing the obituary to a more generic "x died." would make these missing obituary scenarios much more inconspicuous and thus harder to spot. Moving to rejected.
