Welcome to the Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch forums! We ask that you follow the rules below to help make sure that everybody feels welcome and has a good time.

1. Our forums are 13+ to comply with legal regulations. Please wait until you are at least 13 years of age to sign up!
2. No harassment. Arguments can get heated, this is fine. Insulting people, bringing unrelated issues up with them during an argument, or any sort of harassment or mud-slinging is not allowed due to not contributing to discussion in the slightest. Don't go around being mean to someone just for the sake of being mean. Your posts may be removed or edited if they are too inflammatory. This includes any kind of slurs or other words meant just to put others down. Failure to comply will result in a suspension, and repeat offenses can result in a permanent ban.
3. Our game thrives due to its modded content, so be respectful to those who are interested in creating it. Constructive criticism is always helpful, but don't give the destructive criticism that causes somebody to quit creating content!
4. Label what you're posting and keep it legal- No malicious or illegal activity. Don't just send malicious / shock / random files, links, or Discords. No doxxing people or impersonating them. No sending content that would get you arrested or get the forum in legal trouble (warez, piracy, etc.)
5. Keep it safe for work! No posting NSFW, explicit, or suggestive adult material. Failure to do so will result in warns or bans.
6. Don't create spam posts or threads. Additionally, do not bump threads without providing anything new to the discussion. Failure to do so will result in suspensions or bans.
7. Don't create project threads with the sole intention to ask others to make your project. The most successful projects have been led by people who have put their own fair share of work in, so start your project thread off with some existing progress!
8. Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch is a primarily English spoken game, so we please ask for the understanding and comprehension for all our members that all posts are made in English.
